*Ingredients:
°1/2 pound catfish, boneless pieces
°3 chopped green onions
°1 tablespoon garlic flavor
°olive oil
°16 ounces penne pasta, cooked
°1 teaspoon parsley
°1/2 peeled shrimp
°1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
°16 ounces Alfredo sauce
°Garlic flavored ragu
°1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 Cook the catfish and green onions in garlic-flavored olive oil for 5 minutes.
2 Adding to cooked penne with parsley & un-cooked shrimp.
3 We add mushrooms, juice and everything.
4 Add garlic alfredo sauce to ragu.
5 Pour batter to a 9" * 11" x 2" pan.
6 Make sure the noodles are covered with the sauce.
7 Sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top.
8 Bake in the oven at 425°F for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
