°Chuck Rost 3 lbs
°1 tbsp. olive oil
°1 French Onion Soup, 1 can
°1 cup beef broth
°1 tbsp. Worcestershire
°½ cup dark beer of your choice
°1 capsicum cut into slices
°1 chopped onion
°2-3 slices of provolone cheese, per sandwich
°Hoagie rolls
°Salt and Pepper

The first step:
Begin by heating the oil in a cast iron skillet on high.
Sprinkling salt & pepper on entire roast. Add roast to the oiled frying pan and brown all sides. Each side should take 3-4 minutes.
The second step:
In Instant Pot, add Worcestershire, beer, French onion, and beef broth. flip over.
Third step:
Next, add the roasting to the Instant Pot. Cook the meat on high heat for 6 hours.
In the last hour of cooking, add the peppers and onions to the Instant Pot.
The fourth step:
When the roasting is done, toast the Hoagie rolls with some butter in the oven.
Once the bread is toasted, take the meat out of the pan and chop it up.
Fifth step:
Add the meat to the roasted hoagie, followed by the vegetables and cheese.
