°2 cups all-purpose flour
°Half a cup of dried milk
°2 tablespoons granulated sugar
°1 sachet quick-rising yeast
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°1 cup warm water
°2 tablespoons vegetable oil
°½ pound sausage
°½ pound ground chuck
°Half a teaspoon of black pepper
°Half a teaspoon of salt
sauce:
°6 oz tomato paste
°1 1/2 c water
° Half a cup of olive oil
° 2 cloves freshly minced garlic
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon pepper
° ½ tsp dried thyme
° Half a tablespoon of basil
° Half a tablespoon of rosemary

The first step:
crust first.
Preheat oven to 425*
Line an 11 x 13 frying pan with parchment paper
The second step:
In a large bowl, combine flour, powdered milk, yeast, and salt. Whisk until well blended
Add oil to warm water
Then water is added to the flour mixture
Third step:
Stir with a wooden spoon. There will be lumps, you don't want pockets of flour mix
Spread the dough into the prepared baking tray, if the dough is firm, let it rest for five minutes and then try again.
The fourth step:
Bake the crust for 8 to 10 minutes
Fifth step:
In another bowl (the day before) mix all sauce ingredients
Spread the sauce on the baked crust
Sixth step:
Season the meat with salt and pepper, draining any fat
Sprinkle the cooked meat on the crust
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese begins to turn brown.
Leave it for 5 minutes, then slice and serve
