*Ingredients:
°1 pack (12 oz) egg noodles, cook & drained
°Meat of 1 roast chicken, shredded
°2 cans (10 oz each) condensed cream of chicken
°1 cup mayonnaise
°1 cup milk
°1/2 onion, finely chopped
°2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
°1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
°1 cup panko breadcrumbs
°1/2 cup butter, melted
* Directions :
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Put aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, condensed soup, mayonnaise, milk, onion, cheese and frozen vegetables. Gently stir in the egg noodles and spread the mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle panko crumbs evenly over top, then drizzle with melted butter. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
