*ingredients :
°2 c broccoli
°1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
°2 teaspoons cornstarch
°2 tsp finely ginger
°1 c chicken broth
°2 finely minced garlic cloves
°3 tablespoons of soy sauce
°2 teaspoons of sugar
*directions :
Spraying 12-inch nonstick skillet with cook spray; Heat on high heat. Adding chicken, garlic. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until the chicken turns brown.
Adding 3/4 cup broth, soy sauce, & sugar. Covering / cooking on medium heat for 5 min, stir twice.
Adding broccoli. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is no longer in color in the middle and the broccoli is tender and crunchy.
Mix the cornstarch with the remaining ¼ cup of the broth; Stir with chicken mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
