*Ingredients
°9 lasagna noodles
°four boneless chicken breasts reduce into small cubes
°12 oz. 1 bag of frozen broccoli, thawed
°eight oz. mozzarella cheese
°1 c. parmesan cheese
°1 small onion
°2 cloves garlic
°1/4 tsp. + 1 T. Salt
°1 chicken broth
°1 half m full fat milk
°1 tsp. dried basil
°2 t. olive oil
°five t. butter
°five t. flour
* Methods :
Bring massive pot of water to boil also upload salt & noodles. Cook for 7-eight mins till tender. Strain and drain bloodless water to save you sticking and set aside. In a medium skillet, warmness the oil and fry the hen till absolutely cooked, upload the broccoli, onion and garlic and cook till the onions are translucent. Removal from fire and disperse.
In every other saucepan, soften the butter and whisk the flour. Cook for 1 minute, upload hen broth and milk and whisk till sauce starts to thicken. Cook till the sauce coats the returned of the spoon tightly. Remove from warmness and upload basil, salt, Parmesan cheese and 1/4 C of mozzarella cheese.
Add the chicken mixture to the sauce and stir well. Assemble it... In a gently greased nine x thirteen skillet, place a layer of pasta, place a great layer of the sauce mixture over it and sprinkle with 1 / 4 of the closing cheese.
Repeat for a 2nd layer finishing with a layer of noodles, then pour any rest sauce on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for half-hour or till golden brown and boiling.
