*Ingredients
°4 Bisquick cups
°1 cup sour cream
°1 cup 7-up
°1/2 cup melted butter

Combine bisquick, sour cream and 7 up. The dough will be very soft - don't worry. Knead and fold the dough until it is coated in your baking mix. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a round cookie cutter. Melt the butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet or 9×13 casserole dish. Place the cookies on top of the melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown at 425 degrees .
