These-mini-corn muffins are sweety corn bread, baked round a hot dog in a mini muffin pan. They are perfectly popable and very tasty!
* Ingredients
° 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
° 2 ounces velveta (r), cut into 24 small cubes
° 4 Oscar Mayer beef sausages, cut into 6 pieces
° 12 cups delicious honey mustard
* Directione :
Heat oven 375 degrees F .
Prepare the muffin batter according to the directions on the package; Spoon into 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
Press 1 each VELVEETA cube and 1 hot dog slice into the mixture in the center of each muffin cup
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Or even golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. before removing from pans. Serve warm with mustard.
