STEP 1
Mince the onion and shallot. Finely chop 2 garlic clove . Cutting sausage to small slices.
2ND STEP
Brown all in sauté pan with 2 tsp of oil-olive. Salt , pepper & sprinkling with Provence herbs. To book.
STEP 3
Cutting peeled & wash potatoes to cube. Brown them in deep fryer about a some minutes to they are only golden.
STEP 4
Mix them with the previous preparation and simmer 15 min with half a glass of water.
