Snickers Brownie Bites



Fancy a chocolate dessert? We bet that this brownie recipe will not disappoint!

* Ingredients :

° 300 g (2/3 lb)  chocolate, cut into pieces
° 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
° 3/4 cup (180 ml) all-purpose flour
° 60 ml (1/4 cup) cocoa
° 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) salt
° 3 eggs
° 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract
° 180 ml (3/4 cup) sugar
° 80 ml (1/3 cup) brown sugar

* Steps :

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
In douuble boiler, melt chocolate with butter.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the cocoa and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the vanilla, sugar and brown sugar, until the mixture turns pale.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
Butter the alveoli of two mini-muffin tins, then divide the preparation.
Bake for 9 to 12 minutes. Removing from oven & leave cool.
Gently unmould the brownie bites by sliding the blade of a knife around the edges of the mold cells.
