PEANUT BUTTER CAKE



A while back, I made chocolate-peanut rolls, which the kids loved! I wanted to find the same flavors in a cake, easier and faster to prepare for a snack - even with a "false" puff pastry, the break time is about 2 hours, and you don't have to. not always 2 hours ahead.


* INGREDIENTS: 15 PERS

° 4 eggs
° 240 g sugar
° 2 yogurts
° 300 g flour
° ½ sachet of yeast
° 180 g butter
° 80 g peanuts
° 50 g whole milk
° 60 g peanut butter

* PREPERATION :

Preheat the oven th.6 (180 ° C).

In bowl, blend eggs & sugar with whisk.

Add the yogurt, flour and baking powder, mix.
4.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add it to the dough. You should get a smooth paste.
5.
Chop the peanuts and add them to the preparation.
6.
Add the milk, alcohol and peanut butter.
7.
Mix, you should get a consistent paste.
8.
Pour the preparation into a springform pan.
9.
Bake for 45 minutes.
10.
Serve cold.
