* Ingredients :
° 1 cup water
° 1/2 cup butter
° 1 cup flour
° 4 large eggs
°1 package (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
° 1 large can (5.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding
° 3 cups of milk
° 1 8 oz. Cold whisking bowl (you won't use the entire container) or one batch of homemade whipped cream
Chocolate syrup or homemade chocolate sauce

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Greased 9" 13" glassbaking tray.
Eclair Crest
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter in the water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in flour. Mix one egg at a time, mixing them thoroughly before adding another egg. Spread mixture into skillet, evenly covering bottom and sides. *If the sides of your pan are too greased, you won't be able to get the batter to stay on the sides, so be sure to grease it a little.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown
Check occasionally
Do not overcook the crust
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely
filling
Whip cream cheese in a medium bowl
In a separate bowl, make vanilla pudding. Make sure the pudding is thick before mixing it with the cream cheese
Add the pudding to the cream cheese
Mix until there are no lumps
Let it cool in the fridge
When the crust has completely cooled, pour the filling
Top with a thick layer of cold whipped cream and serve with chocolate syrup
