Apple Cinnamon Bread



A soft apple bread that my daughter's friends ask me for every time they visit.

* Ingredients :

° vegetable oil spray
° 3 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 C. baking soda
° 1 C. salt
° 1 cup of chopped walnuts
° 3 cups apples, peeled, cores removed, chopped
° 1 cup of vegetable oil
° 2 cups of sugar
° 3 eggs, beaten
° 2 tbsp. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 300 ° F (150 ° C). Spray two 5x9-inch loaf pans with vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, nuts and apples. Whisk oil with sugar, eggs and cinnamon; stir into flour mixture and stir just enough to combine everything. Transfer to the molds.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the buns comes out clean, about 90 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes in the molds before transferring the buns to a wire rack for complete cooling.
